Acceptance of these terms

Pure Vitality Hub is a wellness publication operated by an independent publisher. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of purevitalityhub.online, including all articles, images, calculators, planning tools and other material on it.

Your agreement is formed the moment you use the site. No sign-up is required, and none is offered, so continued use is the only signal of acceptance available to either of us. If you are using the site on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to accept these terms on its behalf.

These terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Disclaimer and Editorial Policy, all of which form part of the same agreement.

Who may use this site

The site is intended for adults aged 18 and over. Our calculators, workout generators and meal planning tools are built around formulas validated in adults and are not suitable for children, adolescents, or anyone who is pregnant or breastfeeding.

You must not use the site if doing so would breach the law where you live. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the site complies with local regulations.

Acceptable use of the site

You may read, print and share our content for your own personal, non-commercial use. Beyond that, you agree not to:

• Copy, republish, translate or redistribute substantial portions of our content, whether on a website, in an app, in a newsletter, in a video, or in printed form, without written permission
• Use automated tools to scrape, harvest or systematically download content, including for the purpose of training machine learning models

We may restrict or block access if we reasonably believe any of the above is taking place. Because the site does not use accounts, this is generally done at the network level.

Intellectual property

Unless clearly stated otherwise, everything published on Pure Vitality Hub is our original work, and the copyright belongs to us. That includes article text, headings, recipes as written and described, photographs, graphics, page layouts, the site design, and the code behind our interactive tools.

The name Pure Vitality Hub and our logo are our brand assets. You may not use them for your own products, services or promotions without permission.

What you may do without asking

• Link to any page on this site, using the page title as the anchor text
• Quote a short extract, up to roughly two sentences, with clear attribution and a link back to the original page
• Share our pages on social media using the normal sharing functions
• Print a page for your own personal reference

What requires written permission

• Republishing a full article or a substantial part of one anywhere
• Using our images, including recipe photographs, on another site
• Embedding, copying or adapting our calculators and planning tools
• Any commercial use, including inclusion in a paid product, course or membership

Permission requests are welcome through the contact page. We usually say yes to reasonable requests, particularly for educational use with proper credit.

Comments and material you submit

If you leave a comment, submit feedback or send us a message, you keep ownership of what you wrote. You also grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, store, moderate and, where relevant, quote that material in connection with the site.

You confirm that anything you submit is your own, does not infringe anyone else’s rights, and is not unlawful. We reserve the right, but accept no obligation, to edit, refuse or remove any submission at our discretion, without notice and without explanation.

Material likely to be removed includes spam, promotional links, personal attacks, harassment, hate speech, medical claims presented as fact, requests for or offers of personal medical advice, and anything that appears to endanger a vulnerable person.

Comments express the views of the person who wrote them, not ours. We do not verify claims made in comments and their presence is not an endorsement.

The calculators and planning tools

Our tools are provided free of charge, as a convenience, and on an as-is basis. They use published, widely accepted formulas, and they are tested before release, but they produce estimates, not measurements or prescriptions.

By using them you accept the following:

1. Results are general estimates based on population-level equations and cannot account for your medical history, body composition, medication, hormonal status or individual metabolism.
2. You should not use a result to start, stop or change any diet, exercise programme, supplement or medication without professional advice.
3. Entries you make are stored only in your own browser. We have no copy, no backup and no ability to recover them. Clearing your browser data deletes them permanently.
4. The tools may be changed, improved or withdrawn at any time without notice.
5. We do not guarantee they will be available, uninterrupted, or free of error, and results may vary between browsers and devices.

Advertising and affiliate relationships

This site is funded by advertising. Advertisements are supplied by third-party networks and are not selected, written or endorsed by us. We do not control which advertisers appear, and the presence of an advertisement is not a recommendation. Any dealings you have with an advertiser are strictly between you and them.

Some pages may contain affiliate links, which means we may earn a small commission if you make a purchase after clicking, at no additional cost to you. Where this applies it is disclosed on the page. Commission never changes what we recommend or what we say about it.

Site availability and changes

We aim to keep the site running smoothly, but we do not promise uninterrupted access. The site may be unavailable during maintenance, hosting problems, or events outside our control, and it may be modified or discontinued at any time.

Content is updated regularly. Articles may be revised, expanded, corrected, merged or removed. A page you read once may not exist in the same form later, and we are under no obligation to preserve older versions.

Copyright complaints

We take copyright seriously in both directions. If you believe material on this site infringes your copyright, contact us with the following and we will investigate promptly:

• A statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised
• A statement that the information you have given is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act for them

Verified infringements are removed or credited, as appropriate, without argument. If you believe your own work has been copied from this site, we would also like to hear about it.

Suspension of access

We may restrict or terminate your access to the site at any time, without notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached these terms or that your use harms the site or other visitors. The sections on intellectual property, disclaimers, liability and indemnity survive any termination.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States Of America, without regard to conflict of law rules, and the courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

If you are a consumer resident in the EU, UK or another jurisdiction with mandatory consumer protection rules, this clause does not deprive you of the protection of those rules or of the right to bring proceedings in your local courts.

Before starting any formal process, we would genuinely prefer that you contact us. Most complaints turn out to be misunderstandings that are resolved in a single email.

General terms

• Severability. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in full effect and the offending part is treated as modified to the minimum extent necessary.
• No waiver. If we do not enforce a term immediately, that is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
• Entire agreement. These terms, together with the policies referenced in them, form the whole agreement between us on this subject.
• Assignment. You may not transfer your rights under these terms. We may transfer ours if the site changes ownership, in which case these terms continue to apply.
• Changes. We may update these terms. The effective date at the top will change, and continued use after that date means acceptance. Material changes will be flagged on the site for a reasonable period.
